This one of a kind training system includes a Fill Valve, Service Valve (POL), Vapor Return, Bleeder Valve and Pressure Relief Device. It has two Old and one New style Liquid Withdrawal Valve to allow students to practice with both and see just what a defective valve looks like (re: Ghent WV Little General Store).
This system also has the ability to be used for practicing Water Injection evolutions and Live Fire Operations. We have also included our FREEZE PATCH system that can double as a secondary LIVE FIRE prop with 4 pipe props and a blown flange gasket simulator that can be used for leak or live fire operations.
It includes 3 cable actuated Emergency Shut-Off systems. All tank piping is constructed using components that resist rust and corrosion (stainless steel, copper, anodized and/or brass). The tank itself does not contain propane so it must be supplied liquid and vapor from a remote fuel source.
Additional scenario based options are available and include: adding other valve types and optional DEFECTIVE liquid and/or vapor valves for real world response scenarios.
This is a custom built training tool, it should be available to ship or be picked up within 180 days from the time of order.
