Assisted today with the Delaware County HazMat Technician Class. The course is being funded by the District 6 Fire Instructors and is being taught by STEPP (gostepp@comcast.net). The students were allowed to setup and operate a 1 inch Responder Flare and flare vapor and liquid. This video was taken as the operation was being shut down.… Read more »
