Description

Well here we are again.
At the request of a department in Florida I’ve designed another response kit. He wanted a kit that would, in his words,
“I am looking for a small flaring kit for residential size tanks, and the RV fixed tanks ( From what I can find these are ASME tanks). The small Flare tower kit should be fine due to limited storage space. As far as fittings, we need to be able to adapt to all residential type cylinders to include 20-30 lbs. The R.V. hook ups I am uncertain what we really need. I want us to be capable of handling all types of leaks from these RV tanks.”
With his request in mind I started designing a kit to meet his needs and here it is.

This kit provides the bulk of the equipment needed to manage Liquid and Vapor connections on Motor Fuel Tanks, DOT cylinders along with Residential tanks.

And specialty connections like:

P.O.L. adapter (can be used in the production of PHO and BHO),

CGA 555 (can be used in the production of PHO and BHO),

Forklift adapter,

1/4 and 3/8″ low pressure quick connector,

1/4″ high pressure quick connector,

Male and female  1 pound cylinder adapters,

Gasket Set (1-3/4″ ACME, POL O-Ring, New/Old Style Liquid Withdrawal Valve Nylon Gasket and O-Ring )

QCC Type 1 adapter (can be used in the production of PHO and BHO),

Butane canister adapter with control valve,

Butane extension hose,

Plus

12-Inch Stainless Steel Motor Fuel Hose set (3/8 straight flare, 3/8 90 degree Flare, POL, Forklift)

10′ x 1/2″ Propane Hose assembly with  Gauge with  and hydrostatic relief,

Non sparking Hammer,

Protective gloves,

Wood plug set

and more
