Propane Manifold Overview
The RESPONDER TRAINING 1-Inch Propane Distribution Manifold was created after a fire department identified a need for a safer, more efficient tool for propane emergency response and flaring operations. After contacting our team with the request, this unique manifold was designed to help responders manage multiple propane connections during training and emergency response situations.
Emergency Response and Flaring Uses
This propane manifold was designed with two primary uses in mind. First, it allows a 1-inch supply line to connect to multiple 1/2-inch small flares. Second, with the optional hose kit, the manifold allows up to 7 cylinders to be connected to a 1-inch flare.
These connection options make the manifold a practical tool for fire departments, propane response teams, and emergency responders who need reliable equipment for propane flaring operations.
Stainless Steel Construction
Unlike manifolds that can fail over time due to rust, the body of this 1-inch distribution manifold is made from stainless steel and pressure tested to 500 psi. All ACME connections are brass for durability and reliable performance in demanding response environments.

- 1 – 0–300 psi stainless steel pressure gauge
- 1 – Stainless steel hydrostatic relief valve
