2-Inch Propane Manifold Overview
The 2-Inch 6-Port Propane Distribution Manifold is designed for propane emergency response operations where responders need to connect a 2-inch supply line to multiple response tools. This manifold allows a 2-inch line from a supply source, such as an MC-331, bulk storage tank, or rail car, to connect to multiple flares and/or a Water Injection Kit.
Emergency Response and Water Injection Uses
This propane distribution manifold is built for fire departments, propane response teams, hazmat teams, and emergency responders managing larger propane incidents. With six outlet ports, the manifold allows responders to connect multiple flares or water injection equipment from a single 2-inch supply source.
The 6-port design provides expanded connection flexibility for field operations, propane flaring, product movement, and water injection support.
Stainless Steel Construction
The main distribution manifold body is made from stainless steel and pressure tested to 500 psi. All components up to and including the ball valves are stainless steel for durability in demanding response environments.
All ACME connections on the 2-inch distribution manifold are brass but can be ordered in steel if needed.
Dolly-Mounted Design
The 2-inch propane distribution manifold is mounted to a two-wheel dolly with hard tires. This allows the manifold to be strapped in for transport and easily deployed during response or training operations.
The updated orange design can be viewed in the attached product images.
